Todd Whelchel has joined Dempsey Construction as Senior Director of Business Development. Based in San Diego, Todd brings a unique combination of technical preconstruction expertise, business development experience, and nearly four decades of relationships within the San Diego construction market. Throughout his 30+ year career, he has built an extensive network with owners, developers, architects, consultants, and other construction professionals across Southern California.
