Tom Saddler Senior Superintendent

Tom Saddler, a Senior Superintendent, has been in construction for over 30 years. Tom began his career at large general contractor where he was initially hired as a laborer and progressed rapidly to carpenter foreman and then superintendent, attributing to his extensive construction expertise, attention to detail, and supervisory skills. As a Senior Superintendent, Tom has direct responsibility for overall job site supervision of craft foremen and their crews, estimating, ordering, and controlling material and equipment, job scheduling, developing overall schedules, and logistics planning. Tom has been responsible for many projects, including corporate headquarters office buildings, industrial parks, business parks, large tilt-up buildings, retail shopping centers, hotels, and multi-family housing. Tom and his wife reside outside of Phoenix with his wife and two Boston Terriers. His interests include off-roading, boating, welding/ fabrication, and scuba diving.
