Todd joins Dempsey as our newest Senior Director of Market Development, bringing nearly four decades of experience and strong relationships throughout the San Diego construction industry. With leadership experience at Turner Construction, Balfour Beatty, PCL Construction, and BNBuilders, he will help strengthen partnerships, identify new opportunities, and grow Dempsey’s presence in the region. Outside of work, Todd is a musician who enjoys writing and recording music in his home studio.
