After interning with Dempsey Construction for three summers, Scott Geier officially joined the team as a Project Engineer in 2023 and has since advanced to Project Manager. A San Diego native, Scott graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a degree in Construction Management. In his spare time, Scott enjoys hiking, mountain biking, spending time at the beach, and restoring vintage cars.
