Scott Foster joined Dempsey Construction in 2019 as a Superintendent and has over 20 years of experience in the industry. He started his career as a foreman/laborer and has diligently worked up to his current position. Scott is directly responsible for overall job site supervision of craft foremen and their crews, estimating, ordering, and controlling material and equipment; job scheduling, coordinating the budget and maintaining labor cost controls; coordination with city/county agencies; and overall coordination and scheduling of all subcontractors. Scott adds significant value to every job as he brings proven experience across a very diverse cross-section of the building industry. He has worked on a wide variety of projects in his career, ranging from ground-up shopping centers, tilt-up office and industrial buildings, large residential developments, and general commercial tenant improvements. In his spare time, Scott enjoys fishing and surfing.
