In her role as Preconstruction Coordinator, Rachel is the point of contact for our qualification process for all new and existing trade partners. She also secures subcontractor proposals for future and existing Dempsey Construction projects as well as helps manage all bid-related responsibilities. Rachel is motivated to create a solid network of trade partners who have the same values as we do and who want to grow and improve alongside Dempsey Construction while striving to build projects that we and our clients are proud of. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys staying active by training and competing in CrossFit, practicing yoga and spending time with her friends, family and dog.
