Miles was born and raised in Santa Barbara. He is currently completing his Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from the University of San Diego, where he serves as Vice President of Events for the Real Estate Society and is also a member of the men’s club volleyball team. Miles gained experience in residential development while working with KB Home in their Inland Empire division as a rotational intern, where he was exposed to various aspects of the homebuilding and development process. He also worked for Jimmy Nigro, a luxury residential developer based in Montecito, where he served as a laborer and assistant on high-end custom residential projects. In his free time, Miles enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the beach, playing pool, and going to country concerts.
