Cliff Davies is a Superintendent and has worked in the construction industry for 10 years. Davies worked as a Sergeant of Marines with over 5 years of dedicated service in the United States Marine Corps, Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 16. He proficiently served as Production Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge, overseeing up to 15 subordinate Marines in repairing and maintaining avionic components for flight operations. Cliff conducted inspections to ensure compliance with NAMP standards for avionic equipment by earning a second Occupational Specialty as a QAR. While earning military honors, Davies received a Combat Meritorious Non-Commission Officer Promotion for actions during Operational Iraqi Freedom, multiple Navy Unit Commendation Medals for outstanding performance, and an Individual Navy Certificate of Commendation for superior performance. Cliff graduated from San Diego State University in 2012 with a bachelor’s science degree in Civil Engineering (ABET accredited). As a superintendent, Cliff is directly responsible for job site supervision of subcontractors and their crews, ordering and controlling material and equipment, job scheduling and labor cost controls, coordination and scheduling of city and county agencies, and overall coordination and scheduling of all subcontractors.
