Clay Brackpool joins Dempsey Construction with more than 40 years of experience in the construction industry, having worked with respected contractors including TB Penick, Clark, Turner, Swinerton, Ryan Companies, and C.W. Driver. His diverse portfolio includes healthcare, hospitality, higher education, military, retail, and high-rise projects, with notable work on UCSD's Living & Learning Neighborhoods, Jamul Casino, the Omni Hotel, and the UTC Mall Expansion. Known for his "never quit" mindset and commitment to leading with respect, gratitude, and integrity, Clay is passionate about building great projects and helping others succeed. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, camping, photography, playing guitar, and cheering on the Chargers.
