Cesar joined Dempsey Construction in 2026 as a member of the preventative maintenance division, Dempsey Lifecycle Care™. Prior to joining Dempsey, he led daily field operations and maintenance teams as a Field Supervisor, bringing over 10 years of experience in HVAC/R maintenance. Outside of work, Cesar enjoys spending time with his family most of all and being outdoors, whether it’s going to the beach, hiking, or simply enjoying time together in the sun.
