Alex began his career with Dempsey Construction as a Project Engineer, quickly advancing to Project Manager before transitioning into his current role on the preconstruction team. As Preconstruction Manager, Alex leverages his project management experience to strengthen early project planning and decision-making. He plays a key role in estimating, constructability reviews, logistics, scheduling, trade coordination, and overall project strategy. His understanding of local market conditions, trade partner relationships, and construction methodologies helps position projects for success from the outset. Alex holds a degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Supply Chain Operations. Outside of work, he enjoys playing guitar, surfing, and riding his motorcycle.
