Raul Campos joined Dempsey Construction in 2023 as a member of the Field Operations team.

In her role as Director of Market Development, Rebekah cultivates and maintains relationships with clients and potential clients, to have the opportunity to build the best projects. Rebekah attended the University of Kansas and has been with Dempsey Construction since 2017. What inspires Rebekah is that she is not just selling our ability to build buildings; it’s our process and our people that are our product. It makes a difference when the leadership of a company has zero ego and treats you as equals who genuinely values your opinions and input. She values relationships and connecting the dots for our clients, regardless if there is an iron in the fire for her. As a former professional singer, Rebekah scratches the singing itch with some occasional karaoke. Boxing, cooking at home and camping with her two boys is how she most enjoys spending her free time.

Reed Minter joined Dempsey Construction in early 2024 as an Assistant Project Manager. Originally from Southern California, Reed graduated from Northern Arizona University in 2020 and worked for an industrial contractor out of Phoenix for three and a half years. His project resume includes several million square feet of industrial space, primarily for Amazon. In his free time, Reed enjoys weightlifting, surfing, and exploring the culinary scene.

Ricardo Gonzalez joined Demsey Construction in 2021 and is currently a member of the Field Operations team.

Robert Howell joined Dempsey Construction in 2021 and is currently our Total Station Field Engineer.

Ronald Villagrana joined Dempsey Construction in 2023 and is currently a Project Engineer for projects out of Calexico, CA.

Ronnie Sarkisian joined Dempsey Construction in 2016 and is currently a member of the Field Operations team.

Ryan Egland joined Dempsey Construction in 2023 as a Project Engineer, quickly working his way up to Assistant Project Manager. After graduating from Washington State University, where he majored in Construction Management, Ryan worked for a mid-size, local General Contractor based in Seattle, where he worked on several tenant improvement projects for global companies. In his free time, Ryan enjoys getting familiar with all San Diego offers.

Ryne Ahearn is a Dempsey Construction superintendent with over 16 years of experience in the construction industry. He started his career as a foreman/laborer and has diligently worked up to his current position. Ryne is directly responsible for overall job site supervision of craft foremen and their crews; estimating, ordering, and controlling material and equipment; job scheduling; coordinating the budget and maintaining labor cost controls; coordination with city/county agencies; and overall coordination and scheduling of all subcontractors. Ryne adds significant value to every job as he brings proven experience across a diverse cross-section of the building industry. He has worked on a wide variety of projects in his career, ranging from life science/biotech lab environments to medical environments, schools, churches, general commercial ground-ups, and tenant improvements. In his spare time, Ryne enjoys sports, golfing, DIY projects at home, and everything outdoors
