In his role as Assistant Superintendent, Brandon supports the project superintendent with subcontractor coordination, site management and various tradesman skills. Brandon is a licensed California State General Contractor with over 20 years of building experience and a proud member of the American Safety Council where he is OSHA 30 certified. The inspirational drive in Brandon’s life is his beautiful wife and two awesome children. In his spare time, Brandon enjoys weight training and freestyle breakdancing.

Breann brings nearly 15 years of experience as a certified safety specialist in the construction industry.  Breann brings a well-rounded perspective, having worked on private, Federal, and State projects to ensure worksite safety for construction site personnel and all personnel impacted by the construction process. Breann is also recognized as an OSHA 10 & 30-course trainer. Key abilities and strengths include enforcing corporate safety and health policies and procedures and overseeing construction safety practices per Cal/OSHA, General Contractor, Subcontractor, and Manufacturer requirements.  She has years of experience monitoring construction sites to ensure all companies comply with Federal and State health and safety regulations. Breann is always dedicated to the highest quality of work with utmost integrity. Breann enjoys spending her free time with her husband and two children.

Bryce Raleigh is a LEED Accredited Professional Building Design + Construction and currently holds the President for Dempsey Construction, Inc. Bryce is responsible for managing the Project Management Team, implementation of systems and process, financial planning and strategizing and forward planning of operations. Bryce has an in-depth background and understanding of the building industry and construction operations through his 14+ year tenure in the business. Prior to joining Dempsey Construction, Raleigh worked for both Lusardi and F-E Contracting, Inc., and has built an impressive resume of projects throughout CA and the Pacific Northwest totaling over 3 million square feet of commercial projects. Bryce’s primary responsibilities include running project management, analyzing and maintaining project financials and co-managing field and office personnel. Specific management responsibilities include maintaining client relations, contract negotiations, maintaining active engagement and a productive team, implementing growth, coordinating with occupants, subcontractors and governing agencies, LEED and sustainable construction consulting and design build coordination. Bryce currently lives in Encinitas with his wife and 3 children and enjoys spending free time with his family relaxing at the beach and playing sports.

As a Senior Project Manager, Chad is a part of the construction/design team that gets projects built to clients’ expectations. His responsibilities include keeping/maintaining budgets, looking for ways to get the project completed early, and safely. He also helps team members complete their responsibilities by holding weekly project meetings. Chad has been with Dempsey Construction for 3 years and has been in the construction industry for 25 years. Chad enjoys being a part of construction projects that make the community a better place. He says “my kids always sigh when we drive past a project I was involved with because I always slow down to make sure they look at it.”

Graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from San Diego State University, Chris Brown serves as a Superintendent for Dempsey Construction. Previously working at Turner Construction Company, Brown has a background in overall management of field operations, development of project schedules, budgeting, coordinating field operations with subcontracts, drawings, and specifications, and mitigating and identifying project risks. Chris has proficiency in managing large projects reaching up to 300 million dollars, pushing him to continuously work at a high level in project problem-solving in private, public, federal, and education buildings. He has experience leading and supervising other superintendents and staff, especially surrounding the completion of performance appraisals, buyouts and procurement, and identification of critical path thinking. As a superintendent, Brown has direct responsibility for job site supervision of subcontractors and their crews, ordering and controlling material and equipment, job scheduling and labor cost controls, coordination and scheduling of city and county agencies, as well as overall coordination and scheduling of all subcontractors.
