Team Dempsey

Trey Sullivan is from Point Loma, CA, and grew up rock climbing and sailing around San Diego Bay. Trey started his construction career as a laborer on a downtown San Diego highrise, worked his way into project engineering while building a Navy F-35 hangar, and now is an Assistant Project Manager with a wide range of project experience. On the weekends, Trey is out on the boat with family and friends, training for the next marathon, or getting lost out in nature.

Tyler Farley joined Dempsey Construction in 2022 as an Assistant Preconstruction Manager/Estimator. Tyler graduated from Pepperdine University in 2019, working for a property manager and another general contractor before landing at Dempsey. In his free time, Tyler enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife and their dog, Louis.

As Sr. Director of Market Development, Wendy supports the business development and marketing efforts of the Dempsey team. Prior to joining the Dempsey team, she spent 16+ years in the commercial real estate industry overseeing business development, sales and marketing initiatives. Wendy is a firm believer in striving for a 100% do/say ratio; Do what you say you will do and you will never disappoint. Originally from the East Coast, Wendy graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and now resides in Encinitas, CA with her 2 teenage boys and 2 kitties. In her free time, she enjoys golf, concerts, family ski trips and planning the next “bucket list” trip with friends.

As a Senior Project Manager at Dempsey, Wes is responsible for general project oversight, take-off, estimating, contracts, project budget tracking, value management, and more. Wes graduated from the University of Arizona with a B.S. in Regional Development and has been with Dempsey Construction since 2014. Wes is committed to making the building experience more enjoyable for the client. During construction, it is easy to lose sight of the end result, but by keeping the entire team engaged and the lines of communication open throughout the construction process, Wes’ goal is to make the building process more transparent, on schedule, and on budget. In his spare time, Wes enjoys playing golf, constructing complicated Lego sets with his son, and spending time with his family.
