Team Dempsey

As Senior Preconstruction Manager, Peter creates and manages budgets through the preconstruction and design phase. Peter graduated from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo with a B.S. in City and Regional Planning and has been at DCI since 2014. Peter is motivated to provide clients with project pricing that reflects their desires and requirements in a building without going over budget. In his spare time, Peter enjoys surfing, golfing, clean beaches, and good tequila.

As Senior Preconstruction Coordinator, Rachel plays a vital role in facilitating the efficiency and effectiveness of the Preconstruction Department. She collaborate with various departments and trade partners ensuring the successful planning and execution of bids. Her responsibilities include various tasks, from trade partner coordination to bid management and team supervision. Rachel lives in Carlsbad with her son and in her free time, enjoys going to the beach, walking around the village, and being with George.

Rani joins Dempsey as our Senior Director of Market Development, bringing over 20 years of construction industry experience throughout Orange County and Los Angeles. He will focus on strengthening relationships, developing new opportunities, and expanding Dempsey’s presence in these markets. Outside of work, Rani enjoys sports, traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with his family.

Reed Minter joined Dempsey Construction in early 2024 as an Assistant Project Manager. Originally from Southern California, Reed graduated from Northern Arizona University in 2020 and worked for an industrial contractor out of Phoenix for three and a half years. His project resume includes several million square feet of industrial space, primarily for Amazon. In his free time, Reed enjoys weightlifting, surfing, and exploring the culinary scene.

Ricardo Gonzalez joined Demsey Construction in 2021 and is currently a member of the Field Operations team.

Robert Howell joined Dempsey Construction in 2021 and is currently our Total Station Field Engineer.

Ronald Villagrana joined Dempsey Construction in 2023 and is currently a Project Engineer for projects out of Calexico, CA.

Ronnie Sarkisian joined Dempsey Construction in 2016 and is currently a member of the Field Operations team.

Ruben joined Dempsey Construction in 2025 and currently serves as a Project Manager/Estimator.
