Scope Ground Up

Ground-up construction of a new, state-of-the-art Porsche sales and service facility for the Walter’s Auto Group. Scope delivered:

  • A 2-story, 72,433 SF, facility is constructed of poured-in-place concrete, steel and glass with ACM paneling on the exterior
  • Facility features a sales showroom, offices, parts warehouse and service bays
  • Porsche’s “jewel box’ vehicle display is featured on the 2nd story and fronts Interstate 10
