Ground Up
Ground-up construction of the Missions and Ministry building on the USD campus. Scope delivered:
- A new office and multi-purpose building with offices, reception lounge area, ancillary service areas and outdoor gathering space
- All associated site work, hardscaping and landscaping
- Dempsey was engaged at the very early stages of preconstruction, delivering the project on-time and on-budget
