Shops at Coronado

The Shops at Coronado project consisted of the complete re-purposing/renovation of the El Cordova Garage, located at the corner of 10th & C Street and is a former automotive garage from the early 1900s.

• The garage building and adjacent land area were converted into an upscale multi-tenant retail destination, anchored by Buona Forchetta
• The adjacent Historic Eagle Building and a retail storefront located on Orange Avenue were both completely renovated and upgraded to accommodate new tenants
• The scope of work included structural upgrades and retrofits, utility upgrades, and new finishes throughout
