The Lodge at Torrey Pines, Courtyard Renovation

The Courtyard Renovation project delivered expanded outdoor areas for rooms, converting a previously unusable area into revenue-generating event space, and more. Scope delivered:

• Renovation of ground-floor guest room courtyards, including the addition of private firepits for each
• Renovation of common-area courtyard, including the addition of a new event space, multiple seating areas, and walking paths
• All lighting, brickwork, and finishes were designed to blend into the hotel property seamlessly
