Dempsey Construction completed Phase 3 of the Beacon renovation in Carlsbad.

Project includes:

• Façade upgrades and interior renovation of 5,000 SF former bank building (Bldg. D) to convert the space into a shell condition for single-user restaurant space

The scope includes:

• New shear walls, an added fire sprinkler system, and utility upgrades to accommodate the change of use to restaurant occupancy

Additional work includes:

• Façade upgrades and interior renovation of 30,000 SF, two-level office building (Bldg. E)

The scope includes:

• A new elevator, fire sprinkler system throughout, and updated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
