SANTA FE CHRISTIAN LOWER SCHOOL RENOVATION
SOLANA BEACH, CAThe Santa Fe Christian Lower School project consisted of the renovation and re-configuration of the ground floor of the multi-level Lower School building.
The project objective was to re-configure existing classroom space in order to provide more usable classroom area. In order to achieve this objective, the entire interior area was opened up, including the removal of structural walls, and reconfigured as new classrooms. Structural modifications were required in order to accommodate the removal of wall and the new open layout. Once re-configured, the new classrooms were improved with new lighting, fire sprinklers and finishes throughout. The project was constructed on a compressed schedule in order to accommodate incoming faculty & students and was completed on-budget and on-time
