Racquet Club of Irvine

Two phases of ground-up construction of two buildings located at the Irvine Racquet Club:

• Phase 1: Currently under construction, phase 1 will deliver ground-up construction of a 2,500 SF restaurant
• Phase 2: Preconstruction followed by ground-up construction of a ~25,000 SF clubhouse that will include both men’s and women’s locker rooms, a full-service restaurant, pro shop, juice bar, gym and more
• Phase 2 is currently in preconstruction
