Otay Crossing

Ground-up construction on lots 8 & 9 of a two-building industrial complex situated on an 11.56 acre site on Paseo De La Funete on the U.S. / Mexico Border. Scope delivered:

• Two new tilt-up panel warehouse buildings, consisting of a 72,028 SF building and a 79,395 SF building
• Buildings feature 32 ft clear heights, ESFR sprinklers and Stormtech storm water management systems.
• Additional features include a combined total of 6,000 SF of mezzanine, 12,000 SF of office space
• 112 dock high loading doors, 4 ground-level loading doors with ramps along with a 190ft shared concrete truck dock court and 188 parking stalls
