Otay Business Park, Phase 2, Lots 1-3

Phase 2 of construction delivered 4 industrial buildings spanning more than 600,000 SF. All buildings have 32’ clear heights, individual parking lots, between 20 – 37 loading docks, and EV charging stations.

• Building 2: 233,880 SF
• Building 3A: 95,400 SF
• Building 3B: 76,760 SF

When completed, the campus will have 10 buildings on 9 lots, totaling 1.8M SF, with sizes ranging from 79,000 to 5,000 SF.
