Historic Renovation/ Reposition
Reposition of a historic 16,683 SF multi-generational family home in La Jolla to a boutique hotel. Delivered scope will include:
- Conversion of 12 bedrooms to guest suites and construction of 7 additional guestrooms, for a total of 19 suites.
- Construction of one long-term single-family rental
- Historical architecture & design details will be preserved to honor the history of the home
- New rooftop lounge and spa
- Guest room gym
- Outdoor lounge areas
