COSTA MESA – SPRINTER
Conversion of former Audi facility into Mercedes Benz Sprinter dealership including demo, shoring, and framing of existing
building to increase building height, as well as installation of ACM panels on the exterior and specialty lighting and finishes
in the showroom.
Status: Under Construction
ONTARIO – SEQUOIA
Renovation of operating dealership included complete tenant improvements throughout the 87,000 SF facility
including new finishes, increased electrical capacity, high-speed rollup doors and construction of new 38,000 SF car wash
and detail operations facility.
Status: Completed
ONTARIO – MERCEDES BENZ
Relocated parts department to provide space for 6 new Service Advisors and a 1,000 SF addition to provide a home for 6 more Service Advisors, installed 8 EV Charging Stations, replaced carpet on the second floor, converted the break room into a training room, updated the sales manager’s office, created a new Sales Lounge area on the 3rd floor, and provided new power and data to the Foreman’s Office.

NEWPORT – MERCEDES
Interior renovation included new glass door systems with recessed closers, HVAC reconfiguration and upgrades and new finishes at sales offices throughout.
Status: Completed
LAS VEGAS – FJ IMPORTS
Updated executive conference room with new writable wall, wall covering, countertops, flooring, and lighting. Updated the executive offices by providing a new wood portal from receptionist desk to a new hallway, small conference room and offices. Updated the flooring, ceiling, and lighting in the receptionist and other office areas.
Status: Completed
BEVERLY HILLS – AUDI
Removal / replacement of 16,000 sf of asphalt in one day.
Status: Completed
All construction was performed while the individual dealerships remained fully open and operational.
