Cornerstone Corporate Center

The project consisted of renovating the Cornerstone Corporate Center, two 2-story office buildings totaling approximately 63,000 SF. Dempsey Construction was engaged by the property owner early in design to assist with preconstruction services, including estimating, scheduling, cost analysis, value engineering, and working collaboratively with the owner, design team, and all consultants to maximize design and cost.

The scope of work on the multi-building office campus included:

• The new building entries feature an architectural steel canopy, EIFS, and wrapped columns
• Site improvements included removing the existing hardscape, installing pavers, new landscaping, and creating exterior amenity/gathering areas
• All work took place while the property remained fully occupied and operational throughout the duration of construction
