795 H Street, Phases 1 & 2

Complete repositioning of the largest manufacturing/warehouse space near downtown San Diego. Work was performed in two phases:

• Phase 1: White-boxing existing building including all interior mezzanines removed, replacement of existing roof structure, the addition of 32 skylights, hazardous materials abatement, etc.
• Phase 2: New interior paint, flooring, new exterior windows, improved fire suppression system, new electrical, all new hardscaping and landscaping, and replacement of several roll-up doors
