Clairemont (San Diego), CAThe Clairemont Village project consists of the extensive renovation / re-position of the existing drug store anchored portion of the center.
The scope of work included extensive demolition of the existing building facades and site work throughout the project in order to accommodate the new architectural design and improvements. The scope of new construction consisted of a façade expansion of the anchor building as well as the re-designed building façade for shop and pad buildings. Including extensive hardscape, landscape and amenity improvements throughout the center.
