Cathedral Arms

Comprehensive renovation of Cathedral Arms, a 15-story, 207-unit senior living community in an occupied setting. Improvements were thoughtfully executed to enhance resident comfort, accessibility, and long-term livability while minimizing disruption to residents and ongoing operations. The project included:

• All new finishes to 180 studio and 27 one-bedroom units
• Revitalized common areas on the 1st and 15th floors
• Exterior work delivered new hardscaping, concrete retaining walls, and updated ADA accessibility routes
