Dempsey Construction is the General Contractor of choice for the Catamaran Hotel. All work has been performed in an occupied environment with the hotel being open and operational. Carefully planning goes into ensuring the guests experience minimal disruption and noise. Work is ongoing and includes:

• Renovation and structural upgrades to the guest parking garage
