Catamaran Hotel

Dempsey Construction is the General Contractor of choice for the Catamaran Hotel. All work has been performed in an occupied environment while the hotel remained open and operational. Work included:

• Complete interior and exterior renovation of guest room buildings 100, 200, and 500 for a total of 82 room turns
• Renovation and structural upgrades to the guest parking garage
• Lobby renovation and addition of the Grab N’ Go counter
• Renovation and expansion of the hotel’s restaurant, Oceana
