Ground-up construction of a multi-building industrial campus. Phase 1 consists of all grading, site work, and construction of 4 industrial buildings totaling more than 350,000 SF.
When all phases are completed, Calexico Gateway Center will house more than 1 M SF of industrial space, multiple fast food restaurants, a hotel, coffee shop and gas station.
