Bahia Lobby Renovation

Located on a 14-acre peninsula on Mission Bay, this project consisted of the renovation of an existing 1,200SF lobby and an additional 13,000SF of site improvements. The scope of work included:

• A new storefront system, upgraded lighting package throughout the lobby and at exterior soffits, new guest services desk and connect/print stations
• New lockable guest luggage storage area, the addition of new accessible parking stalls and ADA path of travel, new decorative concrete hardscape, as well as a new pool entrance and sidewalks
• Dempsey worked closely with the owner to relocate check-in and guest services to alternate, on-site locations while the property remained fully operational throughout the duration of construction.
