Bahia Hotel In Mission Bay, San Diego

This phase of Dempsey’s ongoing work for the Evan’s Hotel Group focused on the 300 building of the Bahia Hotel located on Mission Bay. Scope of work completed includes:

• The demolition of all existing finishes (plumbing, electrical, wall coverings, flooring, and cabinetry)
• New improvements included flooring, wallcoverings, plumbing, kitchens, cabinetry, window replacements, updated hardware, roof repair, complete exterior façade repair, and a refresh of the conference room
