Multi-phased renovation and modernization of a four-building residential housing community on the University of San Diego campus. Each three-story, 48-unit building received:

• All new interior finishes of each apartment and communal areas
• The addition of exterior gathering areas and hardscaping
• Full Fire Life Safety system retrofits
