Mariners Medical Arts Building

Complete exterior reposition of an iconic mid-century modern, fully occupied medical office building in Newport Beach that was originally completed in 1963. Work included:

• Completed structural modifications were integrated into the original architectural design from Richard Neutra
• All sidewalks were removed and replaced to meet current ADA requirements, this was done in phases to ensure active tenants and their patients had uninterrupted access
• Formerly covered up water features were replaced to honor the original focal point of the design
