In the last few months we’ve been fortunate enough to work with The Horine Group, Gensler and Hoehn Motors! The project itself is a brand new Porsche Carlsbad dealership; in the same location that it has operated in for the past 30 years.

“We have proudly sold and serviced Porsches in San Diego County for over 30 years,” Hoehn said. “With this new investment in a world-class facility, we are looking forward to being part of Porsche’s future as well.” Hoehn Porsche is eager to stay involved in the SD County Porsche Community. Because Hoehn Motors has a long time history with San Diego, the Porsche community can count on consistent, familiar service with dedication to long time customers, as well as those that will be new to the Hoehn family. Although the roots of Porsche lie in Germany, you can authentically experience the brand at this location because of the efforts of those involved in this project; staying true to Porsche’s identity. We’re looking forward to stepping into the new year with this project, knowing the Carlsbad community can enjoy this addition for years to come.

The project was designed by the architectural firm, Gensler in collaboration with the Porsche architectural team. The building’s design will emulate a modern, clean structure. The new two-story showroom will have vehicles displayed on each level in an open and comfortable sales atmosphere. A separate room for new-car deliveries to the customer will have an illuminated ceiling, a seating area and digital display space.

A drought tolerant plant palette provides a sustainable and low maintenance site consisting of Queen palms & African sumac trees, shrubs, ornamental grasses, vines and ground cover to complement the character of the building and the vicinity. The design team includes Ridge Landscape Architecture, Michael Baker International civil engineers, Wiseman + Rohy structural engineers, and Syska Hennessy Group providing mechanical, plumbing & electrical engineering.

The project’s completion is anticipated to be sometime in December 2018 and we look forward to sharing updates throughout the  coming year!
