Dempsey Expands to Imperial Valley

Dempsey Construction is set to open an office in Calexico.

With approximately 355,000 SF of industrial space currently under construction and another 800,000 SF in the works, Dempsey will open an office with a full-time, dedicated team in the Imperial Valley to focus on the area’s expansion of industrial, retail, hospitality, and site infrastructure.
