Project closeout includes several steps which are all very important. Certificate of Occupancy is achieved to allow the project to operate for the purpose it was built. We file a Notice of Completion to limit the Owners liability. Operations and Maintenance manuals are created which include warranties, project documentation, etc. Redlined drawings are provided to show existing conditions of the project after construction to allow easier long term maintenance. Owner training is provided to teach the operations team how to fully use their new MP&E improvements.
