Multi-phased renovation of Fairview Commons, a fully occupied 148-unit senior living community. Work was carefully coordinated to maintain day-to-day operations and resident comfort throughout construction. Scope included:

• Complete renovation of all residential units and shared spaces
• Full demolition of existing interiors
• Enhancements also included the addition of new amenity areas such as a gathering lounge, café, and full-service salon, elevating the overall resident experience and market appeal
