Fox Point Farms Wins Three Golden Nugget Awards

Dempsey Construction delivered the ground-up construction of 5 commercial-use buildings across 7.39 acres within the Fox Point Farms residential development – the first agricultural neighborhood in North County, San Diego. Work delivered:

A retail building featuring a first-floor farm-to-table market and retail shop, as well as a to-go bar selling coffee, drinks, and food. The second floor is home to Haven Farm + Table restaurant, featuring 24’ ceilings with a glass and steel roof, a large stone fireplace, a focal-point bar, and outdoor seating overlooking the farm.

Additional commercial buildings: Fox Point Brewing brewery, Fox Point Roasters coffee shop, Hatch Gatherings events space, and agricultural support.
