Pete Torres Superintendent

Pete grew up in Los Angeles before relocating to San Bernardino, where he attended high school and began his career in construction. He brings extensive field leadership experience across commercial, multifamily, and public works projects. His notable project experience includes the Banning Courthouse and Detention Center, the Robertson Ranch multifamily development in Carlsbad, the JBLM Water Treatment Facility in Washington, the Nano Engineering Building at the University of Washington, and the Del Prado mixed-use development in Dana Point. Outside of work, Pete enjoys classic cars and following both professional and college football. He and his wife are proud to be celebrating 25 years of marriage and are the parents of five children and grandparents to five grandchildren.
