Accelerated Automotive: 45 Projects and Growing

Dempsey Construction continues to expand its Accelerated Automotive program, having completed over 45 automotive projects to date. The team delivers ground-up construction and tenant improvements with a strong focus on speed, efficiency, and minimal disruption to operations.

The Fletcher Jones Porsche Long Beach dealership stands as one of Dempsey Construction’s largest projects, showcasing its ability to execute complex, large-scale automotive construction. The team renovated the existing service facility and constructed a two-story expansion featuring a showroom, service drive, and vehicle elevator. As a result, Dempsey delivered a state-of-the-art Gen 5 dealership designed by Gensler.

Dempsey Construction also continues to grow its presence in Las Vegas. Most recently, the team completed the Sahara Service Expansion tenant improvement in January, applying its accelerated approach to keep the project on schedule and maintain high-quality standards.
