Renovation, expansion, and outfitting of 2 industrial buildings into a service and automobile predelivery inspection (PDI) center for Fletcher Jones. Predelivery inspection prepares vehicles for sale and handoff to the buyer. Work delivered:

• Dozens of vehicle lifts, vehicle prep areas, two photography studios, and storage
• All new MEP, HVAC, and high-efficiency lighting
• Associated support spaces: private offices, shared office space, employee amenities, restrooms, a breakroom, and IT storage
