Full interior and exterior façade renovation of the existing Sonic Automotive Beverly Hills BMW dealership.

Exterior scope includes:

• Removal of projecting decorative metal panel elements & second-floor projecting show window
• Replacement of storefront glazing at ground level
• Addition of second-floor windows & eyebrow elements at the south façade

Interior scope includes:

• Conversion of parts storage area to office
• Construction of a new vehicle showroom
• Conversion of second-floor parts storage to new offices
• Full renovation of lighting & HVAC system on main level, lighting installations on second level, modifications of full lighting control systems
