Work will take place in 2 phases:
Phase 1: exterior renovation, enhancements, and structural upgrades to the La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club. All work will take place while the club remains open to members and guests.
Phase 2: renovation and upgrades to all 86 guestrooms and suites, which will deliver complete replacement of all interior finishes, renovation of all restrooms & kitchenettes, MEP upgrades, window & door upgrades, new corridors, and more across 6 buildings.
