Scope
Renovation/ Reposition/ Tenant Improvement
Complete renovation of the public-use spaces for The Irvine Company’s crown jewel, The Resort at Pelican Hill. Work will be done in phases while the resort remains open and operational, converting it into a St. Regis. Scope includes complete renovation/reposition of:
- Main estate restaurant and lobby bar
- Coliseum Grille & Bar, Coliseum Pool
- Pelican Hill golf club clubhouse, pro shop, locker rooms, restaurant, and cafe
- Villa clubhouse and pool
