Austin Gatons joined Dempsey Construction in 2021 as an Intern, was hired full-time as a Project Engineer, and was quickly promoted to Assistant Project Manager. Austin graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University with a BS in Business Management, concentrating in Entrepreneurship. Austin currently lives in Encinitas with his wife, Rachael.
