COAST HIGHWAY 101

Dempsey Construction has completed the new ground up construction of the two-story, 30,000-square-foot Coast Highway 101 office building at 850 S. Coast Highway 101 in Encinitas. The project will be the home of First National Bank’s new Encinitas office. Dempsey Construction Project Manager Bennett Allen said the scope of work included the demolition of all existing improvements, site evacuation and construction of all new tenant improvements.

The building features two-levels of subterranean parking constructed of post-tension concrete, with the two-story concrete and glass office building located above the structure. The coastal contemporary architecture features a significant amount of glass on all sides of the concrete building structure, with an open and airy interior atrium, allowing a transparent appearance when viewed from the street.
